Whole Wheat Pasta with rainbow peppers and a hummus sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus and Pepper Pasta

8 oz. pasta (whole wheat)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
4 oz. hummus

Recipe Directions for Hummus and Pepper Pasta

  1. Prepare whole wheat pasta according to directions (I like to use linguini)

  2. Chop peppers and saute in olive oil

  3. Add Hummus (I like to use roasted red pepper flavored hummus) to sauteed peppers and heat and stir

  4. Add cooked pasta to pan and stir to coat

  5. Serve and Enjoy
