This hummus does not have tahini and has a strong lemony/garlic flavor. It makes approximately 48 1 tablespoon servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus w/out Tahini

4 garlic cloves, minced and then mashed
30 oz of garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Recipe Directions for Hummus w/out Tahini

Combine all ingredients in food processor until well blended and smooth.
