Garbanzo Bean Hummus made with juice from beans instead of oilve oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus w/o Oil

1 1/2 tbsp
12 oz garbanzo beans
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Hummus w/o Oil

  1. Drain beans (reserve juice) and place in food processor.

  2. Add garlic, tahini paste, lemon juice, cayenne, and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Pulse until roughly chopped and start adding juice while running processor until smooth.
