Since I dont know what Tahini is or where to find it, I substituted peanut butter in this hummus recipe. Great smeared on some celery stalks.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus-no "Tahini"

15 oz Garbanzo Beans
1 tbs Lemon juice
2 tbs peanut butter
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Hummus-no "Tahini"

Add all ingredients to your blender and whirl away until smooth.
