6 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup Garlic
3 tsp Cumin Seed
0.25 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tbsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Hummus, Lys style

  1. Heat oil over medium high flame. Add cumin seeds and garlic, lightly saute for a few seconds.

  2. Add all ingredients and contents of saute pan to food processor and pulse until mixed. Adjust seasonings to taste.
