744 grams Garbanzo Beans
45 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
8 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Hummus, Homemade, 1/4 cup serving

Drain beans and save 1/2 cup of liquid. In a food processor, place beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and olive oil. Process until as smooth as possible. Add bean liquid and process until smooth. Either serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
