Recipe Ingredients for Hummus at Home

1 can chick peas
3 cloves garlic
3 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs olive oil
2 tbs water
1/2 tsp cumin
3 tbs tahini

Recipe Directions for Hummus at Home

  1. put all ingredients but chick peas in food processor and pulse til all is mixed well

  2. While processor is running slowly add in chick peas till mixture is smooth and well blended.

  3. If too thick, add a tablespoon of water and mix well. Keep adding a tablespoon of water until desired thickness is achieved. Serve with veggies and eat.
