790 grams chickpeas, cooked, no salt
115 grams tahini
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup water (from cooking beans)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Hummus, Heidi's II

combine cooked beans with remaining ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth. Add water/oil as needed.
