Recipe Ingredients for Hummus and Fresh Veggies

3 oz fresh Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp pesto
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 medium white onion
15 oz garbanzo beans

Recipe Directions for Hummus and Fresh Veggies

  1. combine olive oil, red and black pepper, pesto, garlic, cayenne pepper, onion, and garbanzo beans in blender

  2. process ingredients to a smooth paste

  3. Serve with fresh veggies
