Creamy hummus with egg and peanut butter instead of tahini

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus with Egg

19 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1 tbsp Peanut Butter Crunchy
2 large Egg, Whole
2 clove Garlic
2 wedge yields Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Hummus with Egg

Boil eggs, drain and de-shell. Combine all ingredients except olive oil into blender/food processor and blend until smooth. Mixture should be thick. Move to serving bowl, cover with olive oil and serve with pita bread or vegetables.
