33 grams egg, white no yolk
27 grams hummus, athenos original (2 tbsp)
1 dash paprika
1 dash parsley

Recipe Directions for Hummus Egg

  1. boil eggs

  2. slice egg when done

  3. discard yolk

  4. add 1 tbsp hummus to each egg half

  5. sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
