1 3/4 cups Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Hummus, basic, low-fat

Reserve liquid from canned beans. Put beans and all other ingredients into small food processor. Add back just enough of the canning liquid to make smooth and creamy.
