1 (12 ox.) can garbanzo beans 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp. tahini sauce juice of 1 small lemon 1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus (2 Tbsp serving size)

12 oz Garbanzo Beans
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Sesame Butter, Paste
1/4 cup Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Hummus (2 Tbsp serving size)

  1. Drain 1/3 of the water from the can of garbanco beans into a small bowl. Set aside for later use.

  2. In a blender, mix together the garbanzo beans with the remaining can water and rest of the ingredients. Blend for 1-2 minutes until a smooth slightly fluid paste is formed. Garnish with roasted red papper, black olives, green onion or tomatoes.
