Delicious dip for veggies or pita bread

Recipe Ingredients for Hummous

1 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
50 ml Tahini
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Hummous

  1. I use a Magic Bullet for this but a food processor will work as well.

  2. Squeeze 1 lemon and crush 1 clove of garlic - place in food processor with all the other ingredients.

  3. You can pour the olive oil on top after or include it in the ingredients.

  4. If it will not blend, add a half cup of water or lemon juice.
