Hummas Recipe

Healthy and chocked full of good stuff.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummas

1 1/4 cups chickpeas
1/6 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup of Tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Hummas

  1. Soak and cook chickpeas according to directions on bag (or just use prepared ones).

  2. Put the chickpeas in the blender and blend for about 5 seconds or until chickpeas are coarse.

  3. Add all of the remaining ingredients and blend on high until it?s creamy, about 10-15 seconds.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
