Recipe Ingredients for Hugh's Ten Minute Cookies

125 g butter
100 g caster sugar
75 g light soft brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
150 g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
150 g dark chocolate

Recipe Directions for Hugh's Ten Minute Cookies

  1. Melt the butter and leave to cool slightly.

  2. Mix with the sugars and then add everything else.

  3. Spoon on to greased baking sheets, well spaced, and bake for 10 mins at 150 C.

  4. Leave to cool slightly before moving them to a cooling rack.
