Recipe Ingredients for Huevos Rancheros

30 grams green onion
50 grams Frozen Mixed Pepper Strips
1/2 tbsp Garlic Puree
1/4 tsp Oregano, Ground
200 grams Tomatoes Diced
1/2 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
65 grams Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Huevos Rancheros

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and add the onion, pepper, chilli, garlic and oregano.

  2. Fry gently for about 5 minutes or until everything is soft then add the tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes. If the sauce looks dry, add a splash of water.

  3. Season well and then make 4 hollows in the mixture, break an egg into each and cover the pan.

  4. Cook for 5 minutes or until the eggs are set.
