0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.25 cup Soymilk Plain

Recipe Directions for Huevos and Peppers

Whisk eggs and soy milk together. Stir in Peppers. Cook over medium heat in skillet until eggs look cooked on pan side. Flip the eggs over and put cheese on top to melt.
