Recipe Directions for huevos a la mexicana

Heat up oil. Slice Bacon and begin cooking a medium heat add pepper. Then add jalapenos diced, allow to simmer and diced onions cook till caramelizing add diced tomatoes and more pepper finally add eggs cooking thoroughly. And toast tortilla.
