Recipe Ingredients for Huevos con tomate y cebolla

4 large Egg, Whole
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 small Onions
1/4 cup chopped(25 g) Scallions
3 dash Salt, Table
0.33 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 tsp Butter Buds Brand Butter Flavor Granules

Recipe Directions for Huevos con tomate y cebolla

  1. Chop onions and tomatos.

  2. Add teaspoon of olive oil to skillet and bring to medium heat.

  3. Add tomatos and onions add a dash or two of salt. Stir and cook until onions are golden.

  4. On a separate dish whish eggs well. Add to skillet and stir.

  5. Add butter buds and more salt to taste.

  6. Stir and cook egss until no longer runny, but do not overcook.
