Recipe Ingredients for Huevo Ranchero

1/3 tablespoon butter
2 eggs
3 tablespoons Salsa
2 tablespoons 2% Milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Recipe Directions for Huevo Ranchero

  1. Beat eggs in side bowl with fork

  2. Melt butter in nonstick pan on stovetop

  3. Add eggs to butter and start to lightly cook

  4. Add Roasted Tomatillo Salsa & keep mixing

  5. Add Milk to slow down cooking of eggs

  6. Season with Salt & Pepper
