Recipe Ingredients for HT Buttermilk Pancakes

0.9 serving BUTTERMILK 1% MF
1 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, White
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup All Purpose Flour
0.75 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
6 tsp In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic

Recipe Directions for HT Buttermilk Pancakes

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, whisk to combine and set aside. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl, and whisk to combine thoroughly. Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients bowl. Whisk lightly until the batter is just combined. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto a hot griddle lightly coated in cooking spray. Cook the first size until bubbles form throughout the entire pancake top, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Keep the pancakes heated in a 200 degree oven covered in foil until all the pancakes are ready to serve.
