Recipe Ingredients for Hot Zuppa Toscana Soup

2 cubes of chicken bouillion
4 cups homemade chicken stock
2 cups water
1 lb hot sausage
4 large potatoes
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
6 oz bacon
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups kale

Recipe Directions for Hot Zuppa Toscana Soup

  1. Brown Sausage and bacon in large pot

  2. Chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces

  3. Add chopped onion and cook until onion is translucent.

  4. Add all other ingredients except cream.

  5. Bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are soft

  6. Add cream and heat through
