Oven fried boneless buffalo wings with hot sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Wings

1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
1 cup Frank's RedHot
1 tbsp Frank's RedHot
4 tbsp brummel and brown
1 pounds chicken breast
2 cups corn flakes, crushed into crumbs

Recipe Directions for Hot Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Cut chicken into strips or nuggets. Rinse and pat dry.

  3. Whisk 2 tbsp franks into buttermilk and marinate chicken for 30 mins, no longer (will become salty) and do not refrigerate. 10 mins if your in a hurry.

  4. Dip chicken a few peices at a time in crumbs, and pat to pack on crumbs, place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray chicken with spray before placing in oven and bake 10-15 mins, turning and baking 10-15 more minutes. After turning chicken, whisk together franks and brummel and brown or similar butter substitute on low heat and keep warm. Serve as a dipping sauce for the chicken.
