Yummy healthy stirfy that is very filling too. Watch out, it's hot! You could take out the red chilli to cool it down a little.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Veggie Stirfry

1 serving(50 g) Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 serving Mixed Veg Stirfy - Fresh
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 oz Chilli
1 tsp Soy Sauce
100 grams Sticky Thai Rice

Recipe Directions for Hot Veggie Stirfry

heat up a wok, add a tbsp veg oil. Add the packet of veg and stirfy for 2/3 mins with 1 tsp soy sauce. Add sweet chili sauce, stirfy for 2 mins. Add rice and stir. Serve.
