1 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.75 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
332 4/5 grams Great Northern Beans
3 serving Light Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Hot veggie dish

heat EVOO in large skillet, add zuccini cook til slightly browned, add onion and pepper cooked til softened, add soy sauce, drain and rinse beans add to pan cook til heated through add cumin, stirring often
