Canned tuna, black beans and edamame are sauteed with cherry tomatoes and red bell pepper. Balsamic vinaigrette adds a little sweetness, and add as much red and black pepper as you'd like for a bit of a kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Tuna Bean Sautee

5 oz canned tuna
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup edamame
7 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup red bell pepper
2 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch mustard powder
1 pinch crushed red pepper
1 pinch salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Hot Tuna Bean Sautee

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet.

  2. Toss in the ingredients in reverse order of cooking time: bell peppers, tomatoes, tuna, peas, edamame, black beans.

  3. Stir them around, add vinaigrette, and stir again.

  4. Season to taste with spices, serve when hot.
