1 Serving Chicken
20 grams Onions
7.5 grams Pure Sesame Oil
7.5g grams Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
7.5 grams California Style Crushed Garlic, Wet
15 grams Lemon Juice
12.5 grams Peppers
50 grams Cucumber
50 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
25 grams Spinach
25 grams Lettuce, Iceberg
1 serving crushed lemon grass
1 serving crushed chilli
1 serving crushed ginger

Recipe Directions for hot thai chicken salad

marinate chicken in lemon grass, ginger, chilli and garlic. Thinly slice onion, warm sesame oil in pan, add onion for 1 minute, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes. Toss salad - top with chicken. Mix sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice, drizzle over meal.
