A standard taco mixture consisting of 95% lean ground beef, light red kidney beans, and 2 packets of McKormick's Hot Taco seasoning.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Tacos w/ Beans

2 lbs Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
15 oz kidney beans
84 g Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Hot Tacos w/ Beans

  1. Brown 2 lbs ground beef in pan

  2. Drain any fat (not needed if using 93% lean or better)

  3. Add 1 can light red kidney beans

  4. Add 2-3 cups of water

  5. Add both packets of hot taco seasoning

  6. Reduce heat and cover - let simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

  7. Makes about 12 servings
