Recipe Ingredients for Hot Taco Dip

1 pound ground beef
35 g taco seasoning
15 oz black beans
16 ounces low fat sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Hot Taco Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning to meat and cook as directed on package. Place meat in 9" x 13" dish. Add refried beans on top of meat. Spread sour cream over b eans and top with shredded cheese. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese starts bubbling. Serve with celery or alone immediately.
