Spicy stock for quick pozole or what ever you want!

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Stock

32 oz Stock
1/2 oz Chile Guajillo
7 g Chile De Arbol
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Oregano

Recipe Directions for Hot Stock

Boil water and add washed chili's to hot water and soak until soft. About 30 minutes. Remove stems and and cut the chili's into smaller pieces. Add to blender with chopped garlic, oregano and puree. Strain and cook with stock for 30 minutes. Serve as pozole or just soup! It should be very spicy/hot, a little garlicky and rich. I like to add the chicken I roasted and chopped raw cabbage with half a lime squeezed over the top and leave the lime in the soup. Yum!
