1 serving Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Flourless Almond Cereal
1.5 serving Almond Breeze Non-Dairy Beverage
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Hot Sprouted Cereal with Bananas

  1. Combine 1/2 c cereal and 1/2 c milk in a bowl, microwave for 45 seconds.

  2. Stir in 1/2 T maple syrup and top with sliced banana.

  3. If you like a softer texture, let it sit a few minutes to soak up more of the milk. If not, enjoy!
