Recipe Ingredients for Hot Spinach and Chicken Salad

4 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Prepared Mustard
4 cup spinach
3 cup chicken breast
1 large red pepper
1 white onion

Recipe Directions for Hot Spinach and Chicken Salad

  1. Season chicken with even parts garlic salt, paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper and Oregano. Split the breast and cook on heated cast iron pan with cooking spray. While chicken is cooking slice onion and red pepper and add to the pan with chicken. Flip chicken and fill the pan 1/4 with water and continue to cook on high.

  2. While this is cooking: Mix 4 tbsp fat free sour cream, 2 teaspoons spicy dijon mustard and 3 packets splenda with fork.

  3. Mix the dressing with the spinach.

  4. When the water has evaparated the chicken should be cooked and tender. Rip up in the pan with a fork and knife carefully. Mix entire pan with spinach salad.

  5. Serves two.
