Recipe Ingredients for Hot spinach artichoke and tofu dip

1 cup spinach
1 artichoke
16 ounces tofu
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tbs garlic

Recipe Directions for Hot spinach artichoke and tofu dip

Throw tofu, mayo and 1/2 of the parm into a food processor with the garlic. until blended. Mix in bowl with spinach and chopped artichoke hearts. Scoop into glass baking dish, top with rest of parm and some fresh black pepper. Bake 30 minutes or so.
