8 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese (at room temp), Mayo, Sr Cream, Cubed up Butter (cold). Add in peppers, finely diced onion, grated Parmesan Cheese & Salt if you like. (Artichokes will be plenty salty. Fold in Frozen Spinach (don't worry about the water too much, you need some), and cut up Artichokes. If you are using canned ones, drain and wash then dice before adding. Spread into a sprayed casserole dish and top with Shredded Cheese Blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and starting to brown the cheese on top edges. Enjoy! :)
