Recipe Ingredients for Hot and Spicy Quesadilla

4 oz chicken breast
2 slice american cheese
2 slices mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz thousand island dressing
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Hot and Spicy Quesadilla

  1. (**disclaimer. This is all supposed to be parpared on a 12 inch tortilla wrap. couldnt find one in the database therefore it wouldnt accept in the recipe. please add 310cal for wrap.)

  2. grill chicken

  3. mix spices into thousand island dressing

  4. place tortilla on flat grill or in large non stick pan

  5. place american and mozzarella slices on tortilla evenly spread out

  6. sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on tortilla

  7. dice cooked chicken and distribute throughout tortilla

  8. fold tortilla in half

  9. place heavy pan or hand held grill press on folded filled tortilla for about a minute

  10. slice into quarters and enjoy yourself, or share with a friend.
