Recipe Ingredients for Hot & Spicy Fried Rice

21 grams (Williams Foods) Sun-Bird Hot
2 serving (Kikkoman) Soy Sauce, Less Sodium
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
83 grams (Butterball) Frozen Stuffed Turkey CDA
30 mL (Bunge Canada) Capri Vegetable Oil
3 serving (Ox Head Brand) Brown Rice
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Hot & Spicy Fried Rice

  1. In large skillet heat oil; stir fry rice, green onions and red pepper.

  2. Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir fry one minute

  3. Push rice to side add eggs, scramble; stir into rice

  4. Add chicken, beef, pork or fish if desired

  5. Makes about 5 servings aprox one cup each.
