Nice little vegetable soup with a little kick although I still usually add a squirt of Tobasco when I eat it.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot and Sour Vegetable Cabbage Soup

1/2 head cabbage, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup zuchinni, sliced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup canned tomatoes
9 grams Vegetable Stock
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Hot and Sour Vegetable Cabbage Soup

  1. Dice all ingredients and place in pot.

  2. Add stock. I use Knorr Hot and Sour Vegetable Soup Mix, similar calorie content to Vegetable stock

  3. Add 8 cups water.

  4. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.

  5. Simmer for 2 hours.
