Very good soup, especially if you like vinegar and spicy soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot and Sour Soup

64 ounce of chicken broth
8 ounce of mushrooms
1 cup of green onions
395 grams of extra firm tofu
1 cup of rice vinegar
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
3 cups of egg noodles
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Hot and Sour Soup

  1. Add the vegetables and tofu to the broth and bring to boil.

  2. Then add the cayenne and vinegar, heat on medium until the vegetables soften

  3. Add the egg noodles and heat for 10 more minutes
