Recipe Ingredients for Hot and sour soup

1 quart Cooking Stock
1 quart water
16 oz Stir Fry Mixed Vegetables
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion
3 T. sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce (cup)
2 T. fish sauce
4 serving Chili Garlic Sauce
6 dried shitake mushrooms, sliced
6 oz bamboo shoots
10 baby carrots, sliced
1 1/2 cup ham, diced
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup cilantro, minced

Recipe Directions for Hot and sour soup

Make sure you cook the fresh vegetables first and then add in the frozen pack of stir fry veg at the end. Add all the liquids in together and let them get warm then add in the fresh veg and herbs. Once that is warm enough add in the meat and then the stir fry veg. Test the flavor and then add anything to make it more your style.
