A very flavorful version of hot and sour soup that will rival the best Chinese restaurants.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot & Sour Soup

10 pieces Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
14 pieces Dried Oyster Mushrooms
14 oz Tofu, Firm
12 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
30 g Shitake Dried Mushrooms
0.25 cup Cornstarch
12 tsp Chicken Base
4 serving Hot Peppers
2 oz Green Onions
6 serving Bamboo Shoots
6 oz Rice Vinegar
9 serving Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Hot & Sour Soup

Slice pork very thin, brown in olive oil. Add mushrooms, slivered tofu and rest of ingredients except for rice vinegar. Cook. Thicken w/ cornstarch and season to taste w/ soy sauce. I feel this soup cannot be made properly without black fungus (aka woodear mushrooms)!
