Recipe Ingredients for Hot + Sour Shrimp Shirataki Soup

10 cups water
2 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
12 grams chicken boullion cube
114 grams chicken breast
0.28 lb raw shrimp
8 oz house tofu shirataki noodles
130 grams cabbage
20 grams scallions
6 grams ginger
3 cloves garlic
85 grams mushroom
2 egg whites
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp lemongrass juice

Recipe Directions for Hot + Sour Shrimp Shirataki Soup

  1. Put in a pot: 10C water, 2 Tbsp miso paste, 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, 12gm chicken boullion cubes, 1 tbsp chili flakes, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tsp lemongrass juice or paste, 85g sliced mushrooms, 114g chicken, and 1 package shirataki noodles. Bring to a boil, turn down to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Add in: 130g shredded cabbage, simmer 5 more minutes.

  3. Add in: 2 beaten egg white, swilred into broth, and .28lb raw shrimp or prawns, simmer 1 more minute.

  4. Add in 1 or 2 sliced green onions, Enjoy!
