Thick version of hot and sour soup with chicken & low sodium soy sauce,thickened with Psyllium husk for high fiber low carbs low sodium

Recipe Ingredients for hot and sour chicken stew

600 g chicken breast
200 g mung bean sprouts
500 g bok choy
8 cup water
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
5 tbsp Psyllium husks
1 cup vinegar

Recipe Directions for hot and sour chicken stew

boil cubed chicken breast in 2 quarts water 1/2 cup soy sauce until cooked through (15 minutes) reduce heat and add mung bean sprouts and cubed bok choy simmer 30 minutes, add vinegar and sprinkle Psyllium husks while stirring.
