3 jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for Hot Sauce

  1. Pour stewed tomatoes in blender

  2. add jalapenos, blend well

  3. substitute one can of stewed tomatoes above for one can of rotel

  4. blend to hot sauce consistency

  5. add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder

  6. blend well
