Recipe Ingredients for HOT QUINOA CEREAL - cinnamon raisin

1 cup Quinoa
2 cups Water
1/4 cup flax seed, milled
1/3 cup Raisins
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup skim milk
21 grams = 1 tbl agave nectar

Recipe Directions for HOT QUINOA CEREAL - cinnamon raisin

  1. Rinse quinoa and add to water; bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add raisins and cinnamon; simmer until water is absorbed.

  4. Serve with milk or cream and sweeten to taste with honey or brown sugar.
