Hot and tasty asian style dish. If you pre-cook and drain the ground pork, fat content (and calories) per serving are considerably less

Recipe Ingredients for Hot pepper, tofu and ground pork

1 lb pork, fresh, ground, cooked
12 oz Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm
8 oz mushroom
4 oz jalapeno peppers
8 oz onions
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili paste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Hot pepper, tofu and ground pork

  1. Brown ground pork

  2. Add sliced onions and thinly sliced hot peppers

  3. Simmer for 15 minutes

  4. Drain excess grease

  5. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, stir

  6. Add chili paste, stir

  7. Add mushrooms, cover, simmer 10 minutes

  8. Stir and serve

  9. Suggest: over brown rice or baked eggplant
