Recipe Ingredients for Hot Pecan Spread

2 tablespoons milk
8 ounces cream cheese
2 1/2 ounce dried beef, shredded
2 tablespoons onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe Directions for Hot Pecan Spread

Blend cream cheese with milk. Add beef, onion flakes, seasonings and bell pepper. Fold in sour cream. Spread in shallow oven-proof dish. Heat pecans in butter and sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Serve with Melba Rounds. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
