Recipe Ingredients for Hot Oat Bran Cereal

1 cup Oat Bran, Cooked
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
2 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal
3 grams Psyllium Husks
1 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Hot Oat Bran Cereal

  1. 1. Boil 2 cups of water and then add oat bran and raisins.

  2. 2. Once slightly thick add spices and psyllium.

  3. 3. Lower heat and stir until desired thickness. The longer you cook it, the thicker it becomes, the less you need to eat.
