Shrimp with white and lemon sauce, diced tomato, lemon zest, and diced bell pepper. Red pepper flakes add a kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Hot Lemon Shrimp

8 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
4 oz Wine
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium Tomatoes
0.5 box Rotini Dry
0.5 fruit without seeds Lemons
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Hot Lemon Shrimp

Heat salted water for pasta. Heat pan or wok over high to medium high. Add oil. Add onion garlic and red pepper cook until onion is translucent. Start pasta. Add shrimp. Cook until almost done. Add lemon zest, basil, tomato, bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add wine. Reduce for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens. Be careful not to overcook shrimp. While reducing, drain pasta, if done. Place pasta, in colander, back in water pot. Add olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. Toss. Put pasta in with shrimp mixture and cook, tossing often, for a few minutes. Serve pasta immediately in bowl with fresh lemon wedge. \
