Recipe Ingredients for Hot Hummus Salad - Medium Portions

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. hummus
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. cucumber, chopped
2 c. tomato, chopped
1 green onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Hot Hummus Salad - Medium Portions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  2. Add ground turkey and cook thoroughly.

  3. Stir in hummus, lemon pepper and oregano. Cook until warmed through.

  4. Serve turkey-hummus mixture warm over cucumber and tomotoes. Top with green onions.
